How to make a reservation you Luxury Rental Apartment in Madrid

The prices listed per month at the top of the description are for stays longer than 9 months (except if a different period is mentioned).
If the check-in was not immediate just after the property was available, the landlord would be entitled to refuse the rental request.
Prices listed do not include VAT
Once confirmed the availability of the apartment, to secure your reservation you shall make a payment of whose amount will inform you a sales executive.
You can pay in the following ways
VISA o MASTERCARD
(You may send us an email with your credit card details or provide them to us by phone)
We will provide you with a bank account in which you must make the corresponding deposit as a reservation
In cash, complying with the legal requirements applicable to each client
The due amount should be paid previous to your arrival.
As for the deposit to be paid in each rental, the total amount will depend on the price of the apartment and the rental period. The sales executive will inform you pertinently.
With any reservation, you must pay a non-refundable fee of 150€, including a full ‘Welcome Pack’ containing food, drinks, toiletries and household cleaning products, whose list you can view in our ‘Services Menu’
We provide housekeeping and laundry at 16€/hour (minimum two hours each day of service).
In any case, for stays of one month or longer, it is compulsory to hire a monthly cleaning with us, at a cost of 68€, consisting of 4 hours of cleanup (laundry not included).
Check-out cleaning service
For any stay, the customer is due to pay the ‘check-out cleaning service’, according to the following rates:
1 bedroom: 135€, including 8 hours of cleaning service
2 bedrooms: 195€, including 12 hours of cleaning service
3 bedrooms: 260€, including 16 hours of cleaning service
4 bedrooms: 320€, including 20 hours of cleaning service
If the check-in takes place between 20 p.m. and 9 a.m., the following fees shall be charged prior to check-in:
20 to 22h: 35€
22h to 7h: 70€
7h to 9h: 35€
Rates Sunday or Public Holiday
If entry to the property occurs on a Sunday or holiday, the following fee will be charged prior to check-in:
7h to 22h: 60€
22h to 7h: 100€
If you wish to cancel your booking, please remember that the deposit cannot be returned.
Only required if you do not hire any other cleaning services with Ivory Escapes (i.e. daily, weekly, biweekly services …).
Arriving at your home
Once your arrival time has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organize your reception without any delay.
A member of the Ivory team will be waiting for you at the apartment. I will inform you of everything you need to make the entry.
We will then carry out the following operations. Show you around the apartment. Hand over two sets of keys.
For the right maintenance of our properties, some of the items shown in the photos might have been replaced by other ones, always following our standards of quality and design.
