In the historical and monumental center of our capital, next to the renowned ‘Gran Vía’, runs this quiet street, surrounded by buildings with plenty of history.

 

The tranquility of ‘Victor Hugo Street’ contrasts with the pulsating rhythm of ‘Gran Vía’, where the visitor will be able to enjoy a full cultural, gastronomic and shopping experience, thanks to the vast offer of cinemas, theaters, bars, restaurants and shops of the most reputed international fashion firms.

 

In addition, the recent transformation of the historic center into a pedestrian zone, as well as the refurbishment of the most representative buildings – such as the emblematic ‘Plaza de Canalejas’ – has made of this neighborhood an indisputable benchmark in terms of architecture, design and lifestyle.

 

In this enviable enclave, we feature five superb apartments (1 of one bedroom and 4 of two) in a classic building of beautiful façade that also has the indisputable advantage of counting on a garage and storage rooms, apart from a shocking terrace with solarium at the rooftop.

A hall leads to the immense living on the left, with two imposing balconies facing the street. The sitting area has been equipped with a large sofa (which can be converted into a bed) accompanied by two elegant armchairs around a practical coffee table, opposite a modern 49” Smart TV. A beautiful  dining room consisting of a round table and 6 ample seats will allow comfortable meetings and meals for large groups. On the other side of the hallway is the bright kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances (including dishwasher and washer-dryer for clothes) and a practical corner for daily meals. A corridor leads to the private area where the two double bedrooms rest. The master suite features a king-size bed (180×200), which could be replaced by two single beds on request,  and a large built-in wardrobe. The size of this room has made it possible to set up a reading corner under the window and next to the great dresser located under the 43”Smart TV. The suite boasts a private bathroom doted of shower. The second bedroom has been equipped with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large built-in wardrobe too. The tenant will have at his disposal a bathroom with shower just beside, in the corridor, to be used by the occasional guest. 

 

A modern and eclectic interior design project has endowed the apartment with elegance and comfort, achieving a perfect balance between the majesty of the emblematic building and the functionality of its modern facilities (equipped with parking and storage rooms!). A wonderful ‘surprise box’ in the historic center of Madrid.
