In the exclusive street of Santa Engracia – which runs through Chamberí district, between ‘Glorieta de Cuatro Caminos’ and ‘Plaza de Alonso Martínez’ – sits this impressive 150-meter apartment, surrounded by a magnificent terrace which is accessed from each of its rooms.

 

It is stunning the abundance of natural light that floods the whole apartment, which also enjoys of unique views thanks to its situation, on the fourth floor of a representative building, surrounded by other emblematic classic buildings and lush trees.

 

A thorough interior design project has led to an unbeatable distribution, with the living room in the heart of the property.
