Meet our luxury rental Madrid apartment PEDRO MUGURUZA I
In the most exclusive area of the Chamartín District, very close to the well known Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, this big family apartment of 180 square meters covers all the needs that a demanding client can have: prime area, floods of natural light, terraces, parking space, concierge and an outstanding building.
In this property, special importance has been given to the social area, which represents almost a 50% of the total surface, with a big living space with three separate ambiances, communicated but still delimited.
The gathering area is composed by two splendid sofas, in front of one another and separated by a pair of brass and mirror coffee tables, elements that repeat themselves in the different spaces, conferring light and sophistication to the whole project.
What specially stands out in this property is the vertical decoration. In the sitting area, we see a couple of original abstract artwork on one side and a large panel of aged mirrors on the other. These beautiful mirrors provide depth to this space.
At the end, a cozy terrace, with views to thick and leafy trees complete this side of the living room, where 12 people can comfortably be seated.
On the opposite side, we find another sitting and bar area, in front of a huge library with generous capacity for books and a big format television.
On one side of the sofa, a beautiful drinks cabinet will bring joy to that client who relishes in entertaining friends at home or simply watching a classic movie with a good wine glass. Or even contemplate from the second terrace the gardens that surround the building.
This sofa has the advantage of being transformed in a queen size bed, thus increasing the capacity for hosting.
Both ambiances are connected by the dining room, composed by a rectangular table with seating for 6 people. It is presided by a beautiful artwork in blue tones. This colour is the heart of this decoration project.
Silk carpets, rich fabrics in the sofas and cushions, subtle decoration ornaments, modern lamps… set up a formidable harmonious ensemble being at the same time sophisticated and contemporary.
The charming entry hall, with two fitted wardrobes, gives way on the left to an enormous kitchen with a centre island and a less formal eat-in area in front of the window. Next to this window is a laundry and utility room, where we can find a big space for the washer and dryer, as well as for the drying rack and cleaning utilities.
The kitchen is complete with an elevated number of cupboards (with provide tableware for 8 people) as well as big and small appliances, including a dishwasher, a large fridge and a freezer (these last two in independent appliances).
This kitchen also boasts a service door, which leads to the service stairs with its own elevator.
Between the hall and the kitchen we find a powder room, very useful thanks to its proximity to the living space.
The private area of the house has two suites.
The master suite, with a king sized bed (180×200) that can be converted in two single beds if wanted, disposes of a large storage drawer underneath that lets you to store large objects like suitcases. An ample walk-in dressing room with a sliding door makes it easy to have all of the clothes and accessories organized and at hand. Under a large window, a comfortable armchair invites us to enjoy long reading sessions. This master bedroom also has a wireless television opposite the bed.
On one side of the bedroom we find a door that leads to the beautiful private bathroom, with a large shower, a bidet and a single sink vanity, as well as the basic elements. This room has the advantage of having a large window that allows a good ventilation as well as floods of natural light.
The second bedroom offers two single beds (90×200) that can be joined if needed to become a king size bed. Also, under the beds, we find a large storage drawer, thus multiplying the already big storage capacity offered by the two built-in wardrobes. These flank the door that leads to the bathroom, with a splendid shower.
Upholstered headboards, rich cottons in the fine bedding and bright plaids, original bed side tables, romantic mirrors, slim lamps… transmit these spaces with a feeling of privacy, serenity and warmth, making them in true bastions of peace and comfort.
The building is assisted by a concierge from Monday to Friday and has central heating and hot water. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, internet and wi-fi and cable television. On top of everything, it disposes of a parking space in the adjacent garage.
The surroundings offers all the amenities necessary to make life easier: supermarket, pharmacy, mall, bars, restaurants…
“Pedro Muguruza Street” is located between “Padre Damián Street” – known for its excellent restaurants and magnificent residential buildings – and the prestigious “Paseo de la Castellana”, big financial and leisure centre of the capital.
