In the northern limit of Barrio de Salamanca, between the exclusive streets of ‘Velázquez’ and ‘Príncipe de Vergara’ we find four modern apartments on the first floor of a beautiful building located in ‘Núñez de Balboa’ Street, just by ‘María de Molina’, one of the main streets to access Madrid, which leads directly to the Airport (10 minutes by car) and to the ‘Campo de las Naciones Business Park’.
It is a strategic location that allows a quick and easy communication with the rest of the city, as well as with other locations out of Madrid. A few meters away is the ‘Central Station of Avenida de América’, an important communications’ hub where several Metro lines converge and from where many bus lines depart to different Spanish cities.
