This modern concrete and glass house has been designed by a prestigious architecture studio. It disposes of an area of 585 square meters built on two floors, on a plot of 2.500 square meters.

On the upper floor is the large social area that features a big living room, as well as a dining room, an office, a kitchen with dining area and a separate laundry room. It also boasts a stunning terrace. On this floor rest the master suite, the guest suite and the service apartment (for domestic employees).

On the lower floor are three more bedrooms doted of dressing room, apart from two bathrooms, a TV room and a technical room for machines.

It also features a complete kitchen outside, to facilitate the celebration of events in the garden.

The garden has been designed adhoc with the land, with pines, oaks, black poplars and rockroses. It counts on a large covered terrace facing the pool (11 x 5 m) and enjoys of a large green area opposite.

In this unique home, the architects wished to show the friendly face of the concrete they used generously.

Bird’s eye view, the die-cut rectangle of its plant simulates a piece of puzzle, in which the curved counterforms that cut the sides facilitate the insertion of the garden into the house, facilitating the distribution of the rooms, without need of internal divisions.

The project aimed to respect all plant aspects. The slope of the lowest part of the house (5 meters) allowed to install vegetation underneath and that the light penetrated to the most hidden areas.

Its monochromatic character (gray) was one of the premises, because it was intended to acquire a uniform value, in order to give prominence to the garden.

Glass is the other predominant material, either as a window or as a reflective element, whitish or greenish depending on how the light strikes, allowing in any case that from the same place you almost see the entire house.

Without a doubt, an absolutely unique house for locations and special events at a very short distance from the center of Madrid.
