In the increasingly demanded ‘Barrio de Universidad’ (popularly known as ‘Malasaña’) – the most pop and alternative area in the center of Madrid – this elegant building of beautiful facade located in ‘Calle Madera’ has been completely refurbished under a project of very high Comforts.
