In this apartment located in Lagasca street, between ‘María de Molina “and” Diego de León’, we have carried out a complete refurbishment preserving the original elements of the house such as hydraulic mosaic floors, wooden doors in balconies, magnificent ceiling moldings and a lovely balcony closed with a glass&iron structure.

While the property was literally ‘shot down’, those original noble materials were kept to preserve the style of the building and the neighborhood, in order to get a modern apartment without loosing its ‘flavor and history’ .

The integration of the kitchen in the main area was essential to win in amplitude and light, although it was separated from the living area by walls and pillars, which helped to create different atmospheres within the same scenario.

The dining-room found its perfect spot opposite the kitchen and on one side of the living room. A large round mirror brought depth to this space, repeating the shape of the circular table, flanked by six seats.

The living room has two environments that can be merged into one.
