Has anyone said that there are no large luxury apartments in the center of Madrid and that one has to look for them in the outskirts?
It is true that it is not easy to find them, but we do have IT: José Abascal III! We could say that this is ‘The Apartment’ with capital letters. It is a large apartment with a surface of 400 square meters on a fifth floor of a very representative building, in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of our capital.
But furthermore, it features all that the most demanding customer requires: abundance of natural light, great views, private parking and even a terrace!
A sophisticated hall welcomes the guest and leads him to the huge living divided into three different spaces which, in turn, can be presented as a single room for large receptions, with access to the cheerful terrace that, with its plants, provides that touch of house with garden, so attractive for all housing.
Large sliding doors allow the office and television area to be independent from the rest for privacy.
