In the most exclusive area of the populous neighborhood of Chamberí sits this property, located in an elegant building.

 

A totally separate entrance – as it rests on a ground floor – gives privacy and uniqueness to this home.

 

It has a gorgeous flat distribution, which houses three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, large living room with kitchen and dining area. Five windows facing ‘José Abascal’  endow fairly warm and pleasant light, especially in the afternoon.

 

The living area is the heart of the property; it enjoys a seating area consisting of a comfortable sofa and two vintage-style armchairs. An extensive library boats a large format TV and generous space for books and other objects.
