Meet our luxury apartment in Madrid City Centre COLÓN I

We will have a new one-bedroom apartment, located in ‘Centro Colón’, with ‘Metro Colón’ just at its doorstep, by ‘Génova’ Street (extension of ‘Calle Goya’ across the ‘Paseo de la Castellana’) and opposite to ‘Plaza de Colón’. Thanks to its location, it enjoys the best of the ‘Barrio de Justicia’ (restaurants, cafes, & vintage shops …) and of the ‘Barrio de Salamanca’, just 5 minutes away walking from Serrano street!

 

With a surface of ​​70 meters, it is very spacious and offers a unique view of Madrid, with the iconic City Hall over the ‘skyline’.

 

The lounge boasts several ambiences: a spacious living area with a large TV, a dining area for 4 and a reading corner.
