In the well known ‘Paseo de la Castellana’, financial center of our capital, is this wonderful 200-meter penthouse that enjoys a spectacular terrace (with swimming pool included), with unique views of Madrid skyline.

 

A spacious and bright hall welcomes the guest anticipating the stunning noble area of the property, in which living and dining rooms coexist in a very generously sized area, with access to the gem of the apartment: the shocking terrace. In addition, next to the living room – and separated from it by sliding doors – is another great room which might work as a comfy sitting-room or as an office, since it is equipped with a large library. It also features a huge window facing the terrace.

 

The terrace boasts several areas for greater enjoyment: the central area – prepared for big groups to gather – , the elevated area in front of the office – where the pool is located – and a glazed and covered area on the left, which could work perfectly as a gym, an office or a chill-out, depending on the tastes and needs of the guest.
