EL PALACIO DE MIRAVALLES – SIGLO XVIII

The palace is located in the town of Villaviciosa.

The property counts on a 5000 square meter land and a 950 square meter building , distributed in three floors.

There is also a separate house of 100 square meters, where there is a covered pool (6,60×3,10×1,10) with hot water and jet showers (Spa type), apart from a full equipped bathroom.

Main building floor plan:

Ground floor: entry hall with chimeny, powder room, spacious living room with a fire place, gallery, ample dining room and large kitchen. All of the rooms have their own exit to the outside.

First floor: five bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms all of them. The master suite boasts its own living room.

Second floor: one bedroom doted of four beds and a bathroom. Very large living room with a big screen TV. On this floor is also located the laundry room (equipped with  washer and dryer) and a bedroom for the housekeeper (also with bathroom).

The building boasts radiators that work with gasoil, hot water in abundance with a pression group and a brand new electric installation.

It is assisted by a housekeeper from Monday to Friday (3 hours a day).

The property is located only 5 minutes away from Villaviciosa, on a hill with magnificent views over Asturian valleys. Gijón is a 20 minute drive away and the airport just 45.
