HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION / PRICES / PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Reservations are from 7 nights.

The price listed per month is for stays longer than 6 months. Should you require a shorter stay, please ask us.

In the case of a short-stay, one is required to pay from 40% of the total amount in advance (the size of the advance payment will depend on how much time in advance you make your reservation).

For medium or long stays, please contact us and we will tell you the payment conditions.

You can pay in the following ways:

1. By credit card VISA or MASTERCARD (you may send us an email with your credit card details or provide them to us by phone).

2. Bank Transfer.

3. Cash.

The due amount should be paid previous to your arrival.

A 300€ deposit (for short rentals) is required, which wlll be returned provided no damage has been caused.

In case of medium-long rentals, please ask about the deposit amount.



CANCELLING BOOKINGS

If you wish to cancel your booking, please remember that the deposit cannot be returned.



ARRIVING AT YOUR HOME

Once your arrival time has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise your reception without any delay. A member of the Ivory team will be waiting for you at the apartment.

We shall then go through the following procedures:  

* Show you around the apartment.
* Hand over two sets of keys.
* Sign the rental contract.
* Confirm time of departure.
