With an area of 80 square meters distributed in two levels, it features two ‘high suites’, with resting space above – boasting beds of 160 x 200 – and bathrooms and closets on the bottom. Worth noting the sculptural iron stairs, to reach the resting areas, which are part of the remarkable interior design of this accommodation.
A suite is located at the entrance of the house. It is serviced by a window overlooking the ‘patio’ and a bathroom with shower underneath, apart from a closet area with wardrobes outside.
A hallway – also remarkable due to its minimalist decor – leads to the dining room, with the sitting area on the right, the kitchen in the background and the second suite on the left.
The dining area boasts a solid wood-and-iron table with two chairs of the same materials and sophisticated design, in line with the style of the loft. A television stands under one of the windows and it can be watched either from the living room or from the dining room.
The kitchen has a great layout, with furniture on both sides and a generously sized window that is a true source of light and brightness. It is fully equipped with large and small household appliances and kitchenware for 6.
Finally the second suite, with a bed of 160 x 200 and the bathroom and wardrobes underneath. The bathroom comes with another display of modern design, offering a deep polished concrete bathtub, with shower included. This room features a closet that leads to an underground storage room to store bulky items (suitcases, big boxes, golf equipment, skiing, etc). In addition, two wardrobes out of the bathroom complete this stay.
