‘Serrano Street’, ‘Salamanca District’, ‘Madrid Golden Mile’ … what else could one ask for to live in? This stunning three-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of an emblematic centennial building, very representative of the neighborhood that hosts it, the ’Salamanca District’. At the other end of the apartment are two more double guest bedrooms: one with kingsize bed (180 x 200) and another one with two single beds (90×200 each), both with chests under the mattresses, thus reinforcing the capacity of storage – already very generous – thanks to the large built-in wardrobes of both rooms. In any case, the beds could be accommodated to the needs of the guest, being able to be set as individual or as a matrimonial bed in both bedrooms. The twin bedroom features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large shower and a huge window. The matrimonial bedroom enjoys an exterior bathroom located in the hallway, equipped with a bathtub. This bathroom could function as a guest toilet, since it has direct access from the hallway. In addition, the hall has been equipped with additional wardrobes as well as a closed area for the laundry, where washer and dryer have been located.
Both bedrooms have been decorated with beautiful wallpapers, stunning upholstered headboards, nice bedside tables and rich fabrics that bring great warmth to these rooms.
