The beds boast large chests under the mattresses, which reinforce the storage space offered by the open closet,  to store suitcases, boxes, shoes or other bulky items.  On this floor rests one of the three bathrooms, equipped with a shower and drawers under the sink, very practical to store personal hygiene items. Next to the bathroom is a cosy working area.

The sculptural staircase leads to the first floor, in which the other two bedrooms are located on the right, overlooking the street.

The master suite sits behind an impressive floor-to-ceiling window that allows the flow of natural light between both floors. Behind the window, a large study-work area has been set up, although it can get separated of the bedroom area thanks to a thick curtain. In addition, a dressing area has been incorporated and reinforced by a chest of drawers and by the space under the mattress of the king-size bed (180×200). This bed could be replaced by two single beds if the customer preferred so. Opposite is a 43 ” Smart TV and a make-up area that connects the toilet cabin with the splendid shower cabin. A large window (wall to wall) allows extraordinary lighting and ventilation throughout the suite, which has been decorated with an original wallpaper and with practical side tables of wood and iron, in line with the overall project.

The third bedroom boasts a king-size bed (180×200) equally equipped with chests under the mattress, accompanied by two nice round tables and an open closet. An elegant wallpaper on the headwall and a couple of light fixtures complete the decoration of this bright room, equipped with a large window too. The type of bed will also be adapted to the needs of the customer. Opposite is the study-work area with a table resting on a second window overlooking the central area. Behind is the third bathroom, equipped with a shower and with drawers under the sink for greater functionality.

Special mention deserves the skylight located in the central part of the ceiling that reproduces the natural light creating a very pleasant and healthy effect.

The location of this property is another of its advantages, since it sits in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by all kinds of services’ establishments: supermarkets, bars, gyms, health and beauty centers, a great variety of shops, cinemas and a large market to buy high quality fresh products.
