The metro station of ‘Lista’ is only a few meters away and several buses run along the main roads connecting with almost every district of Madrid.
It is worth noting its proximity to the ‘Retiro Park’, to the big department stores of ‘El Corte Inglés’ and to the prestigious ‘IE Business School’, since this property offers very interesting housing for students traveling with family.
