In a quiet and distinguished street of the exclusive neighborhood of Chamartin, this 70 square meter apartment is located on the third floor of a newly renovated nineteen century building (doted of lift).Its superb refurbishment project has helped to get an stunning home where functionality, good taste and comfort have been combined in equal parts.

Moreover, they have been equipped with beautiful wooden desks doted of drawers for easy order when working.
The bathroom – in spotless white – boasts an ample window, ideal for good ventilation. It also has drawers under the sink and a spacious shower.
